Human Resource and Organizational Development (HROD)
1. Responsible for Performance Management System.
2. Responsible for Probation System.
3. Responsible for Yearly Evaluation.
4. Responsible for Manpower Management Program.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in realted field. (Top 5 universities are preferable).
3. More than 2 years of work experience in HROD (Human Resource and Organizational Development) field. (If have experience working in automotive manufacturing company is an advantage).
4. Intermediate Level of English.
5. Able to work on 1-2 Saturdays per month (Work Hours: Mon. - some Saturdays 7.30-16.30) วันทำงานวันเสาร์จะนำมาหยุดวันธรรมดาในช่วงวันหยุดยาว สงกรานต์และปีใหม่ 8-10วันของปีนั้นๆ
6. Able to work at Prachinburi.
