JOB DETAIL

1. Perform full set of accounting and tax activities from transaction journals to final trial balance.
2. Handle AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Taxation.
3. Month-end closing, year-end closing and prepare financial statement reports.
4. Responsible for tax reports and submission, such as withholding tax (PND.1, 3, 53, 54), VAT (Por Por 30, Por Por 36), PND 51 (half-year corporate income tax), PND 50 (annual corporate income tax) with Disclosure form filed to Revenue Department.
5. Prepare and submit reports to Revenue Department and other relevant government entities.
6. Communicate with banks for transactions, reconciliation and all financial matters.
7. Assist with annual audit process to complete annual audit in a timely manner.
8. Coordinate and communicate with law firm when needed.
9. Support other teams with reimbursement and payment to partners and suppliers.
10. Responsible for documentation and filing.
11. Execute payment process for authority’s approval.
12. Other accounting functions as requested or required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age not over 35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting fields.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as accountant responsible for AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Taxation (PND.1, 3, 53, 54), VAT (Por Por 30, Por Por 36), PND 51 (half-year corporate income tax), PND 50 (annual corporate income tax).
4. Intermediate level of English.
