【Job Description】
・Mechanical design: Design new machinery and devices, and improve or modify existing ones.
・Requirement definition: Collaborate with customers and project managers to define the goals and specifications of the project.
・Product development: Supervise the production and testing of designed machinery and devices.
・Problem-solving: Diagnose faults and performance issues in machines and provide solutions.
・Quality control: Ensure the quality of designs and products, and confirm their compliance with standards and regulations.
・Technical documentation: Create technical documents, such as operation procedures, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
・Project management: Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
・Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors, manufacturing departments, and quality assurance departments to ensure the productivity and quality of the product.
・Technical knowledge update: Stay updated on new technologies, industry trends, regulatory changes, etc. to keep your own knowledge current.
・Apply mechanical knowledge and conceptual design skills.
・Design production equipment fixtures and facilities on their own or instruct vendors to do the design.
・Perform calculations for cylinder force and speed.
・Calculate specifications for power systems such as servo and general-purpose motors, select and verify considering safety margins.
・Capable of calculating specifications for high-stress parts like ball screw drive systems and LM guides, select and verify considering safety margins.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 28 - 35 years old
・More than 5 years of experience as a design engineer in Factory Automation equipment
・More than 3 years of work experience in Japanese companies
・Intermediate Level of English　【TOEIC 700 UP】
・Have a driver's license and own car
