JOB DETAIL

- Manage and supervise maintenance, repair, and inspection of construction machinery and industrial equipment.
- Lead and support the mechanic team to ensure equipment readiness, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams regarding machine availability and service schedules.
- Monitor spare parts, maintenance records, and repair costs.
- Provide technical advice and solutions for machinery issues, including customer support when required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related fields).
- Experience in machinery maintenance, especially construction equipment or oil & gas machinery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Hands-on understanding of hydraulic systems, engines, heavy machinery, compressors, or specialized rental equipment is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in Laem Chabang or Rayong area.
