Team of 5 (HR Manager & Staffs)

Training and Development Tasks:
1. Develop training and development programs.
2. Organize staff training

Recruitment Tasks:
1. Handle recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, job posting and managing the hiring process
2. Handle evaluation process for probation period
3. Responsible for company's activity
4. Promote employer branding
5. Conduct employee engagement activities
6. Support company activities
7. Conduct CSR activity and project

Support Document Tasks:
1. Coordinate about visa and work permit applications (Non-BOI type) as required.
2. Handle HR related documents.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female only. Age between 23-30 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields.
3. At least 2 years of work experience in HRD, recruitment, visa & work permit (Non-BOI type), HR activity with basic knowledge of Labor Law.
4. Intermediate level of English (If have TOEIC Score 700 or higher is an advantage).
5. Proficient in excel (Pivot, VlookUp) is preferred.

Flexible Break Schedule (1 Hour) 11.00-12.00, 11.30-12.30, 11.45-12.45, 12.00-13.00
Voluntary Work from Home: 2days/week (can should any day from Mon. - Fri. *Permanent Rule not just during covid19 situation
