JOB DETAIL
- Professionally develop strong relationships with Customer’s leadership across business sectors and industries.
- Strongly develop, coach, motivate and lead sales teams to achieve the Company targets and performance as required.
- Collaboratively work with the team to develop an overall territory account plan in order to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers.
- Responsible for engaging, identifying prospective customers to achieve monthly sales targets and net profit quota.
- Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process, and overcomes objections to capture new business opportunities.
- Develops annual marketing plan for lead generations and building strong sales pipelines to meet the Company sales targets as well as increase brand awareness and presence in the local market.
- Review all proposals and contracts to the Customers in compliance with the Company’s policies.
- Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas. Forecast sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender, Thai Nationality.
- BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Management, Customer Service or ERP management a related
- Communicate in Thai and English at business level.
- Excellent commination and negotiation skills.
