JOB DETAIL

- Coordinate with Japanese and Thai Sales in the office in order to support sales process.
- Issue PO, Quotation, Invoice and other related documents via internal systems and MS offices.
- Contact, coordinate and negotiate with oversea/ local suppliers and clients.
- Monitor and control stock to meet each customer's usage and forecast.
- Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only (Thai nationality)
- Age 25-30 years
- Bachelor degree in any fields.
- At least 2 year experience in Sale coordinator, Sale Assistant
- Good communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Able to communicate in English
- Japanese is advantage
- Using program outlook, MS word, MS excel, SAP.
