Direct report - Thailand Country Manager (TH)




1. Conduct Analysis: Evaluate the organization’s mission, vision, and goals to identify areas for improvement.

2. Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

3. Strategy Development: Create new strategies and tactical processes to help the organization meet its objectives.

4. Reporting: Develop written reports and presentations for senior management to communicate findings and recommendations.

6. Monitor Implementation: Assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with executives and department managers to ensure alignment of strategies across the organization.

8. Undertake other ad assignments as required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field is typically required; a master’s degree is often preferred.

2.Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role. (From any industries or Financial)

3.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to interpret complex data and market trends.

4.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

5.Project Management: Experience in managing projects and executing strategic initiatives effectively.

6. Any Gender with age 25 - 35 years old
