• Proceed sales administration tasks for dealer security project
• Create quotation, sales summary, coordinate with customers, vendors, internal team for purching ordering - invoicing
• Support dealer communication for general security project, status update, information gathering (such as number of deployed clients)
• Support summary document creating/updating to report project status per gathered data

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 24-30 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience between 2-5 years on sales administration/project management assisting/customer coordination
- Handle on sales documentation processing
- Knowledge of general IT
- Able to initiate and forecast next actions
- Knowledge of antivirus and web gateway is a plus
- Good command of English
