Direct report - Thailand Country Manager (TH) - Regional Director (Chinese)

Number of team members: 18 > Having 4 teams; (North Team - Chiangmai, Bangkok Team, International Team (APEC), Retail Team

Responsibilities:

1. Build, train, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
2. Set clear sales objectives and performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Develop sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
3. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitoring sales activities, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
4. Sales Forecasting: Developing sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales pipelines, and ensuring targets are met
5. Sales Process Optimization: Streamlining sales processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency
6. Headline of other departments: Collaborating with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
7. Reporting: Preparing regular sales reports, presentations, and updates for the senior management team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male Only, 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills to drive the team to achieve the company's target
- Sales Experience; Significant experience in sales is essential
- Focused with the Forex Experience on sales function
