• Handle and be responsible for increasing the sales of the company in both B2B and B2C formats.
• Drive the company to have sales growth through a measurable KPI system with action plans that can be implemented to achieve real results.
• Responsible for the work of the sales team. Review team performance and sales targets to ensure they are in line with what the company has set.

• Give advice on creating a cosmetic brand - skincare. to solve the customer
• Work with the human resources department in recruiting, interviewing, evaluating candidates. Provide training and orientation to new employees Employee performance appraisal And decide to dismiss employees whose performance does not meet the requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring that each team member is able to meet the individual goals and overall company sales goals.
• Generate and send daily sales reports to supervisors.
• Coordinate with the marketing department so that the team understands how to use marketing to promote sales to achieve goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 32-40 years.
• Bachelor degree in Business administration or marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales field for 5-10 years
• Experience as a Sales manager for 3-5 years
• Experience in OEM Skincare
• Intermediate level of English
• Time and team management
• Own a car and driving license
