JOB DETAIL

1. Assist superiors for daily work.
2. Coordinate with other team members and other departments including the stakeholder of the department.
3. Attend and/or host meetings including responsible for meeting minutes.
4. Translate and/or check between English or Japanese (if any) and Thai at theoffice or customer's site such as minutes, reports, manuals, business discussion, etc.
5. Input, prepare, summarize, organize, download necessary data for data analysis including making the figures, graphs like scatter, histogram from excel data or any others.
6. Create and /or modify documents.
7. Deliver and/or collect the documents related to purchasing work from clients and/ or vendors including supporting to find suppliers/vendors and complete the related tasks such as PO issue, material requisition, etc.
8. Support the operation of existing business and the establishment of new business.
9. Check, maintain, record, and manage the inventory.
10. Cooperate for smooth management of the company’s social media accounts.
11. Follow/ guide/ coach/ assist the staff including developing, evaluating staffs’ performances toward the department and company goals.
12. Maintains administrative workflow for the department.
13. Any other business/task related instruction given by the management or team member.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 22-25 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
3. 0-3 years of work experience as coordinator or related position.
4. Must have TOEIC Score 700 or higher.
5. If able to communicate in have JLPT N3 is an advantage.
