Sales Coordinator of Import & Export Food business (Food & Retails Business Department)
Responsible for Japanese & Suppliers in Japan.

1. Handle sales execution tasks (i.e control shipment delivery, follow up payment etc.)
2. Handle documentation tasks (i.e issuing contract, shipping documents including system input etc.)
3. Facilitate related works with internal (back office) and external organizations (customers, vendors, government offices, etc)
4. Support to sales PIC for New business development.
5. Interpreting Thai-Japanese for Japanese customers occasionally.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age not over 25 years old.
2. Prefer bechelor's degree in business administration or logistics related field.
3. At least 1 year of work experience as in logistics related position or sales coordinator from traidng company (If have work experience for Japanese trading company is an advantage).
4. Prefer candidate with knowledge of trading & logictics (import-export) terms.
5. Intermediate Level of English (If have TOEIC Score 600 or higher is an advantage)
6. Must have JLPT N3 or higher.
7. Fast learner and good attitude & mindset as Sales Coordicator (as having to patiently assist client directly by phone calls & e-mails).
