JOB DETAIL

• Responsible for month end closing and financial statements, review and report financial statements, and ensure that financial accounting complies with local accounting standards and tax requirement.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including AP, AR, GL, Petty cash, Tax and etc.: (Preparing and managing fixed asset registrations.)
• Take care of tax filing for withholding tax (PND.1, 3, 53, 50,51) and value added tax (PP 30, 36)
• Reviewing sales VAT reports and purchase VAT reports and Withholding tax report for monthly VAT filing to the Revenue Department.
• Control and ensure the accuracy of all tax submission. And to prepare the tax calculation (PND.51/50) to submit via DBD E-Filing Responsible for managing day to day G/L operations.
• Managing and reviewing the balance sheet reconciliation to ensure that all reconciliations are complete and accurate.
• Control petty cash
• Complete and follow-up of the headquarters’ financial IT system testing and using issue (if any)
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Liaise with external auditor for the year-end audit for stat financial reports and consolidation package.
• Coordinate with accounting consultants and auditor

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1+ years experiences in accounting and financing
• Female age 23-30 year.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Familiar with SAP system and Excel
• Strong risk control and financial analysis capabilities
• Good organization, coordination, communication skills, and teamwork spirit
