- Able to formulate action plans to achieve goals in the workplace
- Implement the Workplace Action Plan and take corrective action as needed (PDCA).
- Plan and organize overall Human Resources Management activities as recruitment, payroll and performance Management.
- Plan and organize overall Human Resources Development activities as employee Development, training and employee relation & engagement.
- Keep compliance with labor law, legal requirements, company regulations, company policies and relevant rules and law
- Analyze and control budgets for manpower, labor cost and general operation
- Advise Management and employees on organizational policy, job duties, employment, working condition and regulations
- Analyze and modify salary, compensation and benefits to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Monitoring and coaching subordinates

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor degree in Human resource management or related field.
- At least 5-10 years experience in a related field and 3-5 years in team management.
- At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing
- MS Office
- Good in English (Japanese is advantage)
