 Build Thailand client base through consultative sales through consulting and engineering studies, systems design and product sales supported by TICO or Bastian., understand the customer process and is able to offer 2~3 options
Customer process: UnLoad, Transport, Storage, Picking, Sorting, Packing, Palletize, Load
Build relationship with customer, understand the customer
 Develop and review proposals and functional specifications
 Project management and development of processes and foundational things needed to operate automation in Thailand. Costing of project.
 Lead teams that safely and efficiently execute project management and supervision of installations for project of Thailand.
 Risk mitigation and effective execution of projects
 Support to receive Bastian solutions services: cad, SolidWorks, animation (3d studio max), simulation (AutoMod), controls (WCS)
 Lead marketing efforts in Thailand, especially for “Retail”, “Food and Beverage” to build relationship with customer managements.
 Enhance sales promotion capability of TMHTH with communicating access Bastian solutions India’s web site: products, services, links, etc.
 Build retail industry networking for local suppliers, developers and agents.
 Maintain good public relations internally and externally and comply local regulation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Educational background (Bachelor’s Degree) in the field of engineering
• Minimum 15+ years of Sales experience in autmation
• Well oriented with MS Office
• AutoCAD & PLC programming
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• Enjoy working close with the customer and excel in building customer trust and relationships
