JOB DETAIL

- Will be responsible to oversee customer service team (*New Department) with Manager
- Reporting to Customer Service Manager as well as Japanese directors
- Implementing strategy to achieve customer satisfaction and developing account relationships
- Handling enquiries from customers (*May visit clients if its requested)
- Cooperating with other departments such as sales and operation team to follow up shipping process
- Other tasks assigned by top management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
- English Intermediate
- Good analytical skills
- Having working experience as a customer service in any field for more than 7 years (*Preferred customer service experience in logistics industries but not necessary)
- Possess good communication skills.
- Able to interact effectively with customers.
