Replacement Position
Department: Legal

Job Descriptions:
1. Contact check requested from ASEAN group companies. (Draft, review and revise all kind of commercial contracts)
2. Provide legal support for ASEAN group companies' projects (Legal advice, comments, opinion related to the project/new business).
3. Cope with legal issues.
4. Translate legal documents and contract from English to Thai.
5. Research legal information.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in law.
3. At least 10 years of work experience in field of law/legal with experience drafting, reviewing and revising commercial contracts
4. Intermediate level of English (If jhave TOEIC 600 or higher is an advantage)
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar)
