JOB DETAIL

• To cooperate between sales and customer service for both export and import
• To offer standard tariff rate to customer and do all needful to meet customer's requirement and inform to salesperson
• To follow up booking both existing and the missing one
• To create quotation in program according to the final rate confirmed by salesperson and issue shipping instructions to relevant parties for further process.
• To quote rates to all overseas agents for export shipment
• To keep the filing rate in center file.
• Any assignments as assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age between 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics field***
- New graduate are welcome or having 1-3 years of experience in Freight forwarder or Logistic
- Have knowledge of how to process and documentations of export, import both of sea & air
- Good command of English ; speaking, reading and writing
- Computer literacy (MS word, Excel & Power Point)
- Have service mind, able to work under pressure
