Replacement Position
Position: Assistant Vice President (AVP)
Department: Digital Transformation Solutions Division (DX)
Size of Team: 25 (Direct subordinates)
Report Directly to Vice President – BU Head

1. Leads and fully responsible for the Digital Transformation Solutions Division
2. Develop vision and strategies and roadmap and transformation of hardware box selling and create end to end
services and solutionachieve business needs
3. Manage solution detailed design to maximize agility and flexibility of IT solution to cope with business demand and
requirements. Brings new and innovative solutions and assists customers in their drive for superior business outcomes and competitive advantage
4. Derive and deliver IT solutions improvement initiatives to enhance IT/digital capabilities across the business functions.
5. Manage resources with right skillset and competency and skills to maximize projects/ initiative delivery capability
for timely solution implementation
6. Create/Support Pre-Sales Solutions and
support, advise and review new solution on PF Solution or designing solutions.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in both public and private sector for
businesses
8. Create and find out approachable projects through communication with existing and potential customers by
introducing company’s solutions and business models
9. Lead, manage and motivate the team and a talent builder to ensure that we have the right talent in managing the
businesses

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 45-49 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
3. Minimum 10 years working experience in IT solution management, Business solution or Digital transformation.
4. Strong leadership and project management skills.
5. Business level of English
NOTE: Flexible work location (Work from Anywhere) and flexible work hours from 7.30 to 9.30 (9 hours)
