• Develop a strong investor relations strategy, framework and ST-MT-LT plans.
• Develop a positive public image, investor confidence in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
• Perform and prepare analysis, presentations and related reports of business performance including operational data and financial results for management and invertor/analyst meetings.
• Prepare market research and supporting information, e.g., competitor analysis, investor supplemental and other related information.
• Monitor and prepare market feedback/analyst research update, share price movement and shareholding movement.
• Maintain and update investor relations section on the company website to be active and accurate.
• Organize investor relations activities on a regular basis and upon request.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties.
• Support relevant function to liaison with SEC and SET in order to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of facts distributed to SEC and SET e.g. MD&A and One Report.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related.
• At least 3-5 years direct experience in investor relation function for large company.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the capital market, macroeconomics as well as financial reports.
• Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable presentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English.
