◯Consulting for factories related to the manufacturing industry

Job Description
・Understand characteristic of manufacturing industry(Automotive OEM/
Automotive Tier 1 and 2/Heavy Industry/High-Tech/Electronic Products/Industrial
Components/Chemical/Material Processing/Textile and Fiber Materials etc.) and
advise on the issues and challenges of production operation
・Analyze clients’ production planning and production operation to advice on workload
reduction, production output improvement, quality improvement.
・Advise clients on Total Productivity Maintenance and consult on operational
improvement, logistic improvement, machining and equipment improvement.
・Apply Industrial Engineering techniques to visualize the root cause of operational
loss, standardize operation and improve efficiency of resource used in production.
・Analyze production management scheme by OEE analysis, machine efficiency
improvement measures and IoT design to improvement overall production
management.
・Analyze current business process and identify key issues from operational and
management perspective.
・Perform interview sessions in both Thai and English.
・Negotiate and facilitate key discussions in both Thai and English.
・Work closely with project managers to deliver appropriate consulting service for our
client.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor degree
・Age between 25-30 years old
・Upper Intermediate Level of English
・4 years minimum of Production operational process design, business analysis.
・Experience working for Consulting Firm (PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, EY, JDA,IBM, Abeam, JMAC, other Manufacturing Consulting Firm etc.) or experience working for business companies as internal consultant.
・Experience of three or more Production improvement process consulting projects
・Experience of two or more project related to Production improvement using IE
methodology, TPM and quality improvement in production shop.
・Experience of creating business process flow for Production Planning, Production

・Experience of creating key consulting deliverables
・Basic IT skills
・Competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership) working on the consulting project.

・Preferred to have been educated or worked in Japan in the past or worked for Japanese company.
・Language Skills: Japanese (Basic writing and listening)
・Usage of Business Process Management Tools
・Process Benchmarking experience
