JOB DETAIL

• Manage 3PL warehouse operation and support the 3PL to handle irregular operations
• Liaise with Japan HQ and 3PL on operations requirements and compliances matters
• Lead training activities and provide support for compliance requirements (For example, ISO 9001, IATF16949, etc.)
• Conduct periodic audits on 3PL warehouse and Freight forwarders
• Liaise with the IS/IT team and Japan HQ for SAP system related troubleshooting
• Perform Supply Chain analysis, simulations, budgeting and reporting to ensure timely provision of management information for decision making
• Perform monthly Supply Chain reporting to Regional Group Office & Japan HQ
• Undertake Supply Chain continuous improvement projects and execute cost reduction activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 25-30 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain
• Good command of English communication skills
• Computer & software skill: MS Office, Power Point, SAP
• Competence in ERP system (SAP experience is a plus)
• High sense of responsibility, Self-motivate and continuous development.
