JOB DETAIL

- Manage the purchasing functions related (planning, sourcing).
- Negotiate pricing and control costs
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Budget planning, monitoring on cost, price negotiation, purchasing order approval etc.
- Improve purchasing system an procedure
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing of supplier
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related
- Male or female, age between 35-45 years old
- 7-15 years of working experience
- Previous experience in M&E, Construction Business is preferrable
- Have people management skill
- Good command of English (report to Japanese MD, reports)
