- Monitoring and managing on setting Accounts Payable (vendors, employees) and other related expenses policy of TOA Group.
- Monitoring and managing Accounts Payable (vendors, employees) and other related expenses of TOA Group and oversea companies to ensure the compliance with accounting policy and generally accepted accounting standards.

TOA Group Accounting Policy Work
• Determine the Accounting Policy for Accounts Payable (Partners, Employees) and related expenses of the TOA Group in accordance with the Standards for Financial Reporting.
• Financial (TFRS/IFRS) regulatory requirements and in line with international best practice
to be appropriate and concise according to the context of the business by coordinating with the General Accounting Department and preparing the financial statements, which are responsible for take care of an overview of accounting policies.

TOAP Merchant Master Data Jobs
• Verify the management of vendor master information for partners and employees in the ERP system. in the Accounting View section
• Check registration and transfer closing balance from E-Pocket.
• Accounts Payable and related expenses of TOAP
• Check the accounts payable (partners employees) and related expenses such as purchase of goods/products/raw materials/other expenses for production or distribution distributing or using within TOAP's business

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting plus at least 3 years in Manager level.
- Strong computer skill in MS Office, especially in Excel program.
- Good communication in English ( Toeic 650 ).
- SAP experience will be an advantage.
