• Plan strategic finances, investments and analyze future financial risks. Connected to the growth of the company's business
• Supervise all financial activities of the organization including subsidiaries.
• Control, supervise and manage overall financial information such as investment planning. Finding the right Interest rate as well as being a financial advisor to all relevant parts (company assets/company budget planning/company expenses)
• Business plan report annual budget the company's financial and operating results to the management for acknowledgment
• Prepare an analytical report to present to the top management.
• Coordinate with the foreign head office on the drawdown/repayment of the loan. and explain business reasons
• Supervise and direct the subordinate team including providing information and advice in order to work in the team to achieve maximum efficiency
• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Thai nationality, age not over than 40 years old
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree Finance/Accounting or related fields
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience and at least 5 years in management level.
• Experienced in real estate business is a must**
• Leadership, good interpersonal and have good communication skills
• Able to communicate in English at a business level.
• Able to handle urgent tasks well. Able to multitask under pressure and on time
• Perform duties with honesty, integrity, positive attitude and fast learning
• Able to use SAP program well.***
