JOB DETAIL

1. Job Purpose:
Preside over and direct the entire range of activities of the Next Capital Company limited.

2. Main Responsibilities :
• Liaison with Board of Directors for the approval of NCAP’s strategic/business plan, budget, and policies; keep the Board of Directors informed with respect to all aspects of the operations of the organization and provide sufficient recommendations to support effective decision making of Board of Directors
• Oversee, direct, and endorse the development of the strategic/business plan of NCAP; in collaboration with Board of Directors and Executives, determine corporate wide performance objectives and ensure adequate plans for future development and growth of the business
• Direct and implement approved strategies, plans, and policies that will result in the achievement of the goals and objectives of NCAP.
• Review and approve the operating plans, investment plan, investment proposal and budgets developed by NCAP, within the guidelines established by Board of Directors
• Regularly conduct reviews of NCAP’ operations & performances; make decisions, as appropriate, on establishing cost limits, reallocation of resources, contract negotiation, etc.
• Maintain the adequacy and soundness of resources (e.g., financial structure, human resources, etc.) to ensure the organization can achieve the performance as planned
• Create and communicate short-term and long-term vision and strategies for the future of the business.
• Set targets for annual growth and prepare sales activity plans accordingly.
• Maintain the competitive position of the business and balance it with equitable distribution of resources to employees and stockholders.
• Oversee adherence to the quality system that ensures product and service quality.
• Review all capital equipment requests and controls the approval process.
• Establish a culture and work environment that promotes and inspires an active, continuous improvement philosophy in regard to products and services.
• Direct the development of action plans and budgets that drive and support all and any efforts that meet the visionary goal.
• Ensure that all company employees, suppliers, and customers, new or prospective, are continually aware of the commitment to excellence of quality and service and of the specific role each is expected to play in meeting the stated goals.
• Develop internal business practices that sustain freedom of expression for individuals in an atmosphere of open, risk-free communication.
• Define measurable goals that develop and enhance processes, systems and practices and provide the means and resources needed to accomplish the goals.
• Promote and publish the company and its activities by means of building and sustaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and organizations important to the company and its potential for growth.
• Review and monitor organizational development.
• Monitor compliance to personnel policy and oversee the currency of such policy.
• Prepare estimates and quotations that exceed customer expectations and as such serve to support the desired image of excellence of service.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
• Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
• Strong in driving results , people management and development

Education:
• At least Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related fields.

Experience:
• At least 20 years working experience in Leasing, Investment banking or Fin-tech industry.
