JOB DETAIL
1. Create and implement sales strategies for business and budget plans and delegate to each Sales team in purpose of expanding the new customers including maintain existing customers.
2. Focus on sales hunting and developing healthcare customers for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Logistics service.
3. Analyze customer's business, competitors and current situation to make the business opportunity and build relationship with the customers.
4. Manage target RFQ strategy and make the decision in order to secure the business.
5. Ensure smooth business implementation and migration as well as eliminating operational issues.
6. Organize conference calls with oversea counterpart to discuss sales development, QBR, etc. as necessary.
7. Manage and control the information exchanges from/to local and overseas to ensure effective information sharing to develop the businesses as well as manage and control the information exchanges from/to local and overseas to ensure effective information sharing to develop the businesses.
8. Control SOP to meet customer's requirements
9. Analyze and increase customer's satisfaction score from the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY within timeframe.
10. Prepare monthly report for management review.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics
3. At least 6 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding business both Global and Local
4. Must have knowledge of Healthcare industries (such as drugs & medicines manufacturers, medical equipment, etc.)
5. Intermediate level of in English
6. Personal car & driving license
