JOB DETAIL

-Ordering and receiving products by using system
-Make and manage delivery document and any related document
-Manage clients'' delivery schedule
-Assist sales person task (make material based on the requirement of clients)
-Get inquiry, order, and make contact with clients by email and call.(Handling 15 clients)

　

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Female only, 22-30 years old (New grad is welcomed)
-Bachelor''s degree in any field.
-Intermediate level in English.(Need to communicate with Japanese staff and contact with clients by email in English)
-Basic PC skill(Excel, Word,)
-Self-motivated, interpersonal skill
-Has 1 year working experience except new grad(any industry position is ok, but has sales assistant experience will be advantage)
-Can start working from this month or early Decmber
*Has Saturday working (1time/3months)
