Replacement Position
Position: HR Assistant Manager
Department: Accounting, Human Resource and Administration & Information Technology
Report Directly to HR Manager

1. Overall control HR jobs both HRM & HRD
2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission and strategies
3. Lead and educate the team to success
4. Be an Agile HR
5. Manage & control HR/Administration/IT team
6. Any other works as assigned by HR Manager and/or Managing Director

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any fields
3. Experienced as HR Assistant Manager (in both HRM & HRD) from Japanese company (any industry)
4. Intermediate level of English (if have TOEIC Score 650 or higher is an advantage)
6. Good knowledge in job evaluation & performance appraisal for salary structure design, tax system, personal income tax, labor
laws and ISO
