1. Study term of service, competitor information, market potential, shipping line, airlines in term of service, review of various productivity matrix's. warehouse scope of service and prepare the company presentation.
2. Ensure focused on sales hunting and service both Air Freight and Sea Freight.
3. Approach (visit, call, email, etc.) the customers both new customers and existing customers in purpose to achieve the customer requirement (quotation, SOP, etc.) prior to offering service.
4. Provide quotation and follow up for feedback.
5. Handle air freight, sea freight RFI, RFQ, RFP and sales inquiries from customers.\
6. Follow-up business implementation and operational with KWE oversea offices including CSM.
7. Set up and attend conference calls with oversea counterpart to discuss sales development, QBR, etc. as and when it is necessary.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female. Age between 28-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics
- At least 4 years of Freight Forwarding outside Sales experience. (Previous experience as Airfreight Sales is preferred)
- Intermediate level of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Able to lead sales team
- Personal car and driving license
