JOB DETAIL
1. Make booking with airlines at reasonable cost based on trade lane strategy and airlines strategy.
2. Make advance booking with airlines. Always do consolidation to combine several booking request.
3. Input booking data in daily planning and create MAWB (Master Airway Bill) in internal system correctly.
4. Follow up shipment until arrive destination and inform all concern if any irregularity i.e. damage/ split/ missing cargo/misroute.
5. Negotiate with airlines for ad hoc/lower rate
6. Issue ad hoc adjustment report as daily basis and send to all concerns.
7. Coordinate with related section/dept. for smooth operation and solving problem .
8. Request stock AWB (Airway Bill) from airlines.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Male/Female. Age between 28-35 years old.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics
-At least 3 years experienced in a Freight Forwarding.
-Intermediate level of in English
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
-Strong negotiation, decision problem solving and interpersonal skills
-Able to start working immediately
