JOB DETAIL
- Lead and Manage Teams: Supervise and support the Property Consultant and Property Consultant Support teams, ensuring high levels of performance and client satisfaction.
- Client Service Excellence: Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop the customer service team to enhance their skills and ensure they deliver a high-quality client experience.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations related to customer service, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company standards.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, handling escalations and resolving them effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including sales and marketing, to align customer service strategies and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on customer service performance, feedback, and team activities to senior management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Preferred Female, age 30-40 years old.
- Prior management experience is highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in customer service, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Real Estate or Property industry.
- Proven experience in managing a team, particularly in leading Property Consultants and support staff.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in English (at least intermediate level) to communicate effectively with Japanese.
- Able to communicate in Japanese would be highly preferred
