- Lead and manage end-to-end operations related to the launch of new automotive products.
- Prepare product information, sales support materials, and manuals to ensure accurate product communication.
- Plan and execute comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
- Coordinate and oversee launch events, including media test drives and customer-facing activities.
- Ensure all product messaging is accurate, engaging, and aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
- Drive product awareness and contribute directly to achieving sales targets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degrees in business administration or any related fields.
- Having driving license and automotive knowledge and background is a huge plus.
- Experienced in marketing and business development fields at least 5 years.
- Able to speak Japanese language is advantage
- English language qualification: IELTS overall band score 6.5 or above. TOEIC overall score 860 or above.
