JOB DETAIL

• Plan, forecast production volumes, and control/inspect the production process (mold preparation and compression molding) to meet defined standards.
• Plan and manage budgets, machinery usage, manpower, and raw materials.
• Analyze and resolve production issues.
• Improve and source replacement equipment to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Summarize production performance for analysis and future improvement.
• Plan, control, and inspect safety, hygiene, and work environment operations.
• Oversee quality systems.
• Conduct meetings, training, and provide work method guidance to staff, including performance evaluations.
• Participate in company activities as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in production and management in a rubber or plastic compression molding factory
• Knowledge or education in polymers or rubber/polymer science (preferred)
• Able to work outside regular hours
• Trained or knowledgeable in ISO9001 / IATF16949 standards
