【Main Duty】
・Head of Machine Tools Division
・Established a new department, and you will utilize my experience to achieve sales targets.
・Find new clients

【Job Description】
・Sales Strategy Planning and Execution：Develop and execute sales strategies for machine tools in the Thai market with medium to long-term business expansion plans.
・Customer Development and Management：Drive new business development with Thai manufacturers (automotive, electronics, precision equipment) and expand existing customer relationships.
・Sales Team Management：Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage Thai sales staff to enhance team capabilities and maintain motivation.
・Technical Sales and Proposals：Select and propose optimal machine tools based on customer production needs and provide consulting-based technical solutions.
・After-Sales Service Management：Establish maintenance, parts supply, and technical support systems to improve customer satisfaction and secure repeat orders.
・Competitive Analysis and Market Research：Analyze competitor trends, market dynamics, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
・Head Office Coordination：Maintain close coordination with Japan branch office and China headquarters through regular reporting and information sharing.
・Sales Budget and Performance Management：Set and manage annual/monthly sales targets, track progress, and implement strategic improvements as needed.(Sales offices: Over 60 sales offices & service centers in more than 20 countries)
・Contract Negotiation and Order Processing：Manage the complete sales process from price negotiations to contract terms and delivery coordination.
・Local Subsidiary Operations：Future participation in Thai subsidiary management, including non-sales functions (HR, finance, administration) to improve overall corporate performance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 15 years of sales experience in machine tools（Machining centers and Lathes）
・Knowledge and connections related to specialized machine tools
・Upper Intermediate Level of English
・Management Experience
・Must have Driver Licence and private car

【Advantage】
・Can Speak Japanese and Chinese
