JOB DETAIL

• Manage and expand both domestic and international customer base for recycled plastic pellet products
• Analyze customer needs and offer suitable products
• Coordinate with production and delivery departments to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and customer follow-up reports
• Participate in trade shows and meet with customers both on-site and off-site to strengthen business relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitors to analyze marketing directions
• Regularly report sales performance to the Sales Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales of industrial raw materials or plastic-related products
• Good command of English communication
• Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Able to travel to meet clients in upcountry or abroad
