Report to Manager

• Sales Expansion & Target Achievement
o Actively promote and sell Misumi economy products (E-products) to existing and new customers in the TSC2 Central area.
o Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets and contribute to the overall sales budget.
• Customer Visits & Relationship Management
o Conduct regular visits to TSC TA customers to maintain strong business relationships.
o Introduce and promote E-products, as well as propose additional strategic and new products based on customer needs.
• Sales Process & Coordination
o Register WOS (Web Order System) accounts for customers and encourage usage to streamline ordering.
o Collaborate closely to perform Product Validation, CAD data provision, and quotation follow-up.
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution
o Handle inquiries related to products, orders, and technical information in a professional and timely manner.
o Assist in resolving any customer complaints or operational issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Accounts Receivable Collection
o Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from assigned customers to ensure timely collection.
• Market Development
o Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the assigned territory.
o Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- To drive sales growth of the company’s economy product line within the TSC2 Central area, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships.
- This role will also support workload reduction for the current sales team and contribute to enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Expanding sales of economy products in TSC2 CENTRAL area.
- Regularly visit TSC TA customers. Promote E-products and propose additional strategic and new products.
- WOS registration. work with in-house sales members to perform PV, CAD, and QT follow-up.
- Collect accounts receivable and handle other inquiries.
