JOB DETAIL
• Handle for all HR management and development (including Recruitment & selection, Talent acquisition, Succession planning, Training, leaning & development, Performance appraisals & management, Coaching & counselling, Leadership, Culture and organization design, Engagement, Compensation and Benefits. Company policy & practices, discipline, grievance, employment contracts and any other HR related issues).
• Take responsibility for overall Payroll process management such as overtime, attendance, turnover, and other on request.
• Coordinate with line managers of each department in respective area in order to meet HR & Safety requirement or staff involvement related to HR.
• Assess training needs then develop training programs and development plan for employees with their performance personal at site responsibility to align with the organization require and business growth. Establish a program of career part and succession planning to ensure that potential candidates are identified and being prepared for higher responsibilities.
• Be a representative of the company to attend the Regional HR Meeting and related with Global HR Policy to implement the HR strategies, policies and systems into Thailand operation.
• Handle overall investment and expense budget with related HRM/HRD/CA functions.
• Analyse various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attribution) to provide proactive solutions.
• Provide advice on HR&CA related matters to all associates as and when required.
• Act as company's change agent by assessing, designing and implementing the appropriate organizational interventions.
• Monitor and develops compensation and benefits policies.
• Manage and provide KPI Report to top management.
• Educate, coach, and give counselling to team.
• Any as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Management Science, Law or any related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position and strong in Labor Law/RBA (Responsible Business Alliance)
• Good English communications skill both of spoken & written.
• Good knowledge of HRM, HRD and Corporate Affairs
• Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills, great personality.
• Knowledgeable about Operating system. (People Plus) and NIMS, J-SOX is a plus
• Result-oriented, hands-on, decisive, think-out-of-the-box, international.
• Good computer skill in MS. Office
