JOB DETAIL
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Office Manager to oversee and execute a wide range of administrative tasks in our new Thailand office, including HR, general affairs, and so on. This is a foundational role created as part of the establishment of our local subsidiary, and it requires a high level of trust, maturity, and cross-cultural communication skills.
■General Affairs:
・Oversee day-to-day office operations and facilities
・Manage procurement of office supplies and services
・Support visa/work permit procedures if needed
・Serve as a point of contact for internal coordination
■Coordination:
・Serve as a liaison between Thailand and Japan, overseas offices
・Ensure smooth internal communication and documentation
・Support cross-functional collaboration and office setup activities
■HR:
・Handle recruitment processes and onboarding
・Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records
・Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies
・Communicate with Japan HQ and other branches regarding HR matters
■Others:
・Carry out tasks flexibly according to directions from supervisors and other overseas offices
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
■MUST HAVE
・Bachelor's Degree in any field
・Japanese (N1 or equivalent skill)
・English (Business level)
・5+ years of experience in administration areas(HR or GA)
■GOOD TO HAVE
・Experience in office setup or startup environment
・Understanding of Japanese corporate culture and work etiquette
・Proficiency with accounting/HR systems and Thai tax/social security knowledge
■COMPETENCIES
・Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and interpersonal maturity
・Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
