JOB DETAIL

1.) Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2.) Design organizational structures and establish effective recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
3.) Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes to ensure the right fit for positions and business needs.
4.) Develop employee development plans for both frontline staff and support teams.
5.) Develop fair employee performance evaluation systems aligned with organizational KPIs and analyze performance results to plan employee development.
5.) Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and handle grievances, labor issues, and ensure workplace discipline aligns with company policies.
6.) Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and other relevant regulations and resolve disputes and manage labor-related issues effectively.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Any gender with age 30-48 yrs
2.) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
3.) At least 5-8 years of HR experience in the retail or clothing industry with at least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Manager.
4.) Ability to manage teams and tasks effectively.
5.) Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
6.) Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. (HRM, HRD)
7.) Knowledge of labor laws.
8.) Experience in retail or clothing businesses will be an added advantage.
