Manage and analyze government incentives, investment privileges, and benefits to maximize value for the organization and affiliated entities.

Liaise and negotiate with government authorities and key stakeholders to align incentives, regulations, and business operations with company strategy.

Develop and manage licensing and certification processes to ensure legal, regulatory, and ethical compliance for current and future projects.

Monitor, gather, and communicate government policies, regulations, and industry-related information relevant to the automotive sector.

Represent the organization in meetings with government bodies, industrial estates, local authorities, and industry associations.

Develop communication and relationship strategies with government agencies, industry groups, internal stakeholders, and local communities.

Coordinate cross-functionally to support business negotiations, smooth operations, and stakeholder alignment.

Improve internal processes, communication, and team capability through effective leadership and development initiatives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Economics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English and able to report in English.
• Japanese communication skills are a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory licensing, BOI investment promotion applications, and coordination with government and automotive-related associations
• Expert knowledge in government relations, investment promotion policies, economics, and legal frameworks
• Have knowledge of industrial operations and energy regulations
• Strong experience in corporate & government relations, regulatory affairs, or public policy.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and automotive parts is a strong advantage.
