JOB DETAIL
1.) Ensure HR systems are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
2.) Manage staffing, salary adjustments, promotions, and organizational structure.
3.) Advise department managers and heads to improve employee performance and organizational efficiency.
4.) Develop strategies for motivating employees to enhance performance.
5.) Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the quality of hiring processes and managing recruitment costs.
6.) Foster organizational culture, ensuring employees feel a sense of ownership and value.
7.) Create a positive work environment, build employee morale, and ensure long-term retention of valuable employees.
8.) Oversee the reward system to motivate employees and encourage high performance.
9.) Manage employee orientation programs and continuously improve the onboarding process.
10.) Identify training needs, design training programs, and assess their effectiveness post-delivery.
11.) Manage payroll systems and ensure compliance with labor laws.
12.) Promote the company's brand by managing its presence on social media and other platforms.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1.) Any gender with aged 30-47 yrs
2.) Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
3.) At least 3 years of experience in HRBP or HRM with a solid understanding of HR processes, compensation, benefits, labor laws, and compliance.
4.) Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
5.) Expertise in digital tools and HR software.
6.) Ability to plan and manage human resources in alignment with the organization’s business strategy.
