【Main Duty】
・Future factory manager of the Lamphun factory position
・Production control operations at the head office factory in Japan

【Job Description】
・Develop and daily update production plans based on sales requests and factory conditions.
・Monitor production progress and coordinate delivery schedule adjustments with the sales team accordingly.
・Procure raw materials, manage raw material inventory, check and manage finished goods and work-in-progress inventory.
・Troubleshoot issues in each production process.
・Verify and define quality and specifications for new products, and perform quality control for manufactured products.
・Ensure customer requirements (international standards, quality standards, shipping standards, etc.) are applied to the production process.
・Standardize processing and quality across factories.

Report to Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree （Related to Engineer）
・More than 2 years of factory related work experience （Can apply new grad）
・Intermediate Level of Japanese （N3 UP）

※If new grad, must have an undergraduate degree related to textile or apparel or related field

【Advantage】
・Mechanical, electrical, chemical background (undergraduate, work experience)
・Can speak Japanese very well
・Can speak English
・Working experience in Japanese Company
・Experience in the same industry （Lace-related or apparel）
・Able to work at Lamphun in the future
