JOB DETAIL
The Training Expert agrees to perform duties for the Company in accordance with their position, including all related responsibilities, as outlined below.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver training programs aligned with global policies to support business success.
- Ensure all employees receive appropriate training, education, and ongoing compliance training.
- Conduct sales, service, and organizational training to achieve defined performance targets.
- Lead onboarding programs, develop individual coaching plans, and provide input for annual performance reviews to support talent development.
- Design and implement learning solutions using new technologies, with awareness of diverse learners and cultural differences.
- Monitor service standards and initiate corrective action plans when performance falls below expectations.
- Define objectives for off-site and on-the-job training to enhance performance.
- Provide coaching, learning support, and engagement initiatives with a focus on leadership development.
- Apply adult learning principles to develop learning strategies and collaborate with experts and partners to broaden learning experiences.
- Research, review, and analyze performance and competitors to continuously improve training strategies.
- Communicate effectively through speaking, writing, and presentations.
- Drive training effectiveness to support annual business goals and objectives.
- Conduct interviews, meetings, or surveys to gather customer and stakeholder needs.
- Manage customer relationships to support customer retention.
- Review and align training plans with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Stay informed of relevant government regulations and labor laws related to employee operations.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business or related field.
- At least 2-5 years’ working experience in product training, sales training or people development in cosmetic industry.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Dynamic, proactive and with high level of self-motivation, with a demonstrated sense of urgency and passion.
- Strong proof-reading and question answering ability; have certain capability of presentation.
- Responsibility, dedication and teamwork are required.
- Good at organizing, collaborating and having good awareness of service.
- Fast learner, critical and creative thinker.
- Work well under pressure and strong growth mindset.
- Good in MS office, Statistical analysis, Expert in excel.
