【About job and company】
This is a Japanese Market Sales Specialist position at an IT company that provides a well-known no-code business application in Japan.
Your main duty is, to strategise and conduct growth plan for Japanese Companies Market in Thailand.

【Job Description】
- Working with the Japanese Market Business Development team to identifying key contacts for potential collaboration and partnerships
- Cooperating with APAC JP Team to identify lists of potential prospects that match the target market
- Communicating with Japan HQ to identify prospects with regional expansion potential
- Making strategic plans
- You will be planning promotional activities such as seminars or workshop with internal Japanese Market Business Development Team and as well as the partner sales team
- Creating ideas and insights for the marketing team
- Approaching to key contacts and attending related seminars and events to make connections with related personnels (*Finding new clients)
- Cold calls
- Identifying and assigning the prospects to appropriate partner channels and working with partner sales team to support the closing of the case by supporting in communication with Key Japanese people in both the partner and customer sides
- Cooperate with internal direct sales team to close the deal
- Preparing and doing presentation for seminars and events, in Japanese.
- Monitoring progress of target KPI
- Attending Weekly review meeting
- Attending Weekly APAC Team Meeting
- Monthly, half year, and annual reports
- Overseeing Vietnam and Philippines market and supporting other countries in APAC region.
- Other tasks assigned by company

※Hybrid work : WFH 3 days per week

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree in any
・Must have fluent level of Japanese skill (N1 Only) *You will be talking in Japanese with Japanese clients and sales partners
・Must have Business level of English skill (*You will be communicating with APAC team members in English
・Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in IT field
・Good negotiation skills
・Pre-existing connections within Japanese Community in Thailand will be preferred
*No need to have own car
