Position: Junior Software Tester
Team: GPS Tracking & Fleet Management System
Team of 10-15 members
Main Responsibilty: Work alongside experienced testers to design and execute test plans, identify and report bugs, and contribute to the overall quality assurance process.

Job Description:
1. Create and execute test cases for fleet management system functionalities.
2. Utilize manual testing methodologies to thoroughly test the system for functionality, usability, compatibility, and performance.
3. Identify, document, and report bugs using a clear and concise format and add to ticket system.
4. Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues and verify their effectiveness.
5. Participate in testing meetings and provide feedback on test results.
6. Learn and implement automated testing techniques using appropriate tools and frameworks.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools.
8. Document and maintain test procedures and reports.
9. Assist senior testers in designing and developing comprehensive test plans for the fleet management system.
10. Assist other QA tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as Software Tester.
4. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
5. Proven knowledge and skills of software testing methodologies and testing techniques (e.g., black-box
testing, white-box testing).
6. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
NOTE: Hybrid work policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
