Position: Software Engineer
Team: Fleet Management System
Team of 10-15 members
Main Responsibilty: Work alongside experienced developers to contribute to the design, development, and testing of various software modules within the system.

Job Description:
1. Design document and develop and test software components for the fleet management system.
2. Implement features and functionalities related to vehicle tracking, route optimization, fuel efficiency, maintenance scheduling, and data analysis.
3. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure smooth integration of code.
4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
5. Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends, particularly those relevant to fleet management and the Internet of Things (IoT).
7. Document code and contribute to technical documentation.
8. Involve in the development and maintenance phase to contribute the quality product.
9. Be open to learning new technologies and frameworks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 24-30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. At lease 1 year of experience as *JAVA Software Engineer.
4. Strong foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
5. If have basic understanding of related databases (e.g., SQL) and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS,
Azure) is an advantage.
6. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
NOTE: Hybrid work policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
