Position: Project Coordinator Specialist
Team of 3-5 members
Main Responsibilty: Provide assistance and solve problem for both customers and internal operations of fleet management system

Job Description:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone call and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Lead and mentor project teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative environment.
3. Involve the support operation flow to manage and follow-up incident/ticket information and communicate
with internal stakeholder to ensure issues are resolved.
4. Analyze fleet management system to identify defect for improvement.
5. Work with stakeholders, customers, users to understand their requirements and users' needs.
6. Negotiate with stakeholders to make same understanding about specifications.
7. Manage product returns and claims.
8. Provide support, train and troubleshoot with stakeholder (technical users and non-technical users)
9. Provide accurate and clear information to customers, ensure their issues are resolved promptly.
10. Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials
11. Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to user requirements.
12. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively manage expectations, and resolving conflicts.
13. Effectively manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, communicating changes to stakeholders,
and implement necessary adjustments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 27-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in BA, SA, or implementing IT project
4. Proven experience in systems analysis or customer support with a strong preference for experience in
IT/Application software.
5. If have dirdct experience in software project management is an advantage.
6. If have knowledge of fleet management and/or GPRS tracking system is an advantage.
7. Required understanding of common SDLC or Agile Development.
8. Required excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels (Both technical and non-technical audiences)
9. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
NOTE: Hybrid work policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
