JOB DETAIL
-Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads within the freight forwarding industry.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
-Negotiate contracts and closed deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services and address client needs.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Any gender, 25-40 years old.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales & Marketing, Logistics, or other related field.
-At least 2-4 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding business (Sea, Air, Wearhouse)
-Strong leadership, team management, and analytic skills
-Self-motivated, innovative, and sales oriented (Hunting Sale)
-Well present, communication, and negotiation person
-Good command in English.
-Have own car.
